Rock steady boxing

Rock Steady Boxing Unanimous is a Parkinson's Fitness Program based on boxing! In addition to boxing punches, defense, footwork, and general skill work, classes can also include cardio, strength, balance, cognitive challenges, and reactions.

Class Schedule:

Monday at 10:30am-11:30am

Wednesday at 10:30am-11:30am

Friday at 12:30pm-1:30pm

Cost is $20 per class.

Tai Chi for parkinson’s

On Friday’s at 11am, I offer a tai chi class for Parkinson’s. We learn various techniques and moves from tai chi, items that are accessible and easy to remember to help with symptoms of Parkinson’s.
